2. Applications

This anchoring adhesive is a two-component epoxy modified structural adhesive. It is suitable for anchoring steel bars, screws and metallic profiles in concrete, rock, brick. Therefore, it has been widely used in the strengthening and anchoring construction frameworks and shear walls. In addition, it can be applied to fix equipment foundations and strengthen railways, highways, bridges. hydraulic engineering, foundation screws and road planting bars.

3. Directions

Drill holes in accordance with specified diameter and depth. In general, the hole diameter is 4-8 mm larger than that of steel bar diameter. The hole depth is 10-20 times of steel bar diameter.
Clean the hole with a brush and air blowing cylinder.
Mix part A and part B at the ratio of 1:1 evenly.
Grout adhesive to 1/2 to 2/3 depth of the hole.
Put and rotate the steel bar slowly in the adhesive.

4. Storage & Warnings

Storage:

Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places。
Store the adhesive at room temperature.
Keep away from any source of ignition.

Warnings:

The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
