1. Properties

2. Applications

This grouting steel adhesive is a two-component epoxy modified structural adhesive. It is suitable for grouting a large area of steel plates or >=5mm - thick steel plates of concrete structures such as bridges. It is also used to grout gaps in precast concrete slabs, brick and wood structures, installation gaps between steel and concrete, gaps (1-5mm) of two concrete structures. It can also be used to repair any defects like porosity in concrete and grout anchor bolts, equipment floor and cable holes.

3. Directions

Mix part A and part B at the ratio of 2:1 evenly.
Polish and clean the surface of concrete and steel.
Adjust the mixing ratio according to the conditions of construction site, and temperature. Pre-test is necessary to determine its proper mixing ratio.
Grout under low pressure and at low speed.
Tap the steel plate while grouting with wooden mallet.
Drill at least two holes (one for exhaust) for repair in the case of hollowing
Avoid any shocks within two days after the operation.

4. Storage & Warnings

Storage:

Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places。
Store the adhesive at room temperature.
Keep away from any source of ignition.

Warnings:

The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
