1. Properties
DY-J853 is a 2-component adhesive developed by BXD. It is modified acrylic adhesive and has following advantages: Low odor, good adhesion property, heat resistance, anti-vibration performance, good electric insulation property, good durability, small volume shrinkage, rigid adhesive film and high permeability. 
 
2. Applications
It is suitable for electronic apparatus, lightening and other branches. It can also help to realize self-adhesion and inter-adhesion of rigid plastics, metals, in particular, adhesion of speech coil, elastic wave and drum paper with excellent effect.
 
3. Directions
  • Clean the contaminants like water, dusts, oil etc. on the surface of the substrate and keep it clean, dry and smooth. And clean the adhesive gun and mixer.
  • Mixed adhesive should not stay in the mixer more than one minute to avoid hardening which may affect its use.
  • Take out the screw panel after the use and put it with adhesive gun together.
  • At low temperature, initial cure time will be long so that the adhesive tend to flow down. If the environmental temperature is lower than 15°C, its viscosity will be high and cure time will become long. In this case, the adhesive should stay in warm water or in oven at 35°C– 45°C for 30 minutes to keep the adhesive temperature between 25°C-35°C. If temperature is between 25°C-35°C, its full cure time is 24 hours. If temperature is lower than 15°C, its full cure time is 48 hours.  
 
4. Storage & Warnings
 Storage:
  • Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places。
  • Store the adhesive at room temperature.
  • Keep away from any source of ignition.  
 Warnings:
  • The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
